Angelite properties
Angelite is a very soft pale blue stone that sometimes contains red flecks of hematite. It is an extremely soft stone that is easily scratched so extra care should be taken if you wear it as jewelry. When wet, it converts to gypsum and therefore should be kept away from water. Angelite is formed from celestite that has been compressed for many millions of years.
